Once we have received your completed form, our Birmingham team will contact you to confirm everything - including any costs or interest to be added with the debt you are looking to collect. You will be provided with a case manager who will keep you up to date on the whole process with email contact at requested intervals.

Most cases are quick and result in a successful recovery of the debt. If, for any reason, issues arise we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss these with you. We will endeavour to pursue all legal avenues to collect your money and keep you informed of all the steps taken.

When the debt has been settled we will send a closing statement outlining the collected amounts and any costs/interest added. If we are unable to collect the monies owed to you we will offer you alternative advice and you will not be charged for our services.

We work to collect the full value of the debt in one go. However, should the debtor be in a financial situation which means they cannot do this we will negotiate a settlement of the debt by instalments and we will undertake to collect each instalment when due at no additional cost to the client.

In the majority of cases, all costs can be added to the debt. This means that subject to a successful recovery you will still receive full payment of the debt.
