The most important thing is not to ignore the problem. It is a common misconception that if you choose to ignore a debt collection agency’s letter or phone call they will stop trying to contact you or that your outstanding debt will be written off. If you cannot pay a debt for personal or financial reasons it is very important that you contact us to let us know. Unless you get in touch we will not be aware of your circumstances and cannot help you.
